Court 4 credit card debt (not me) and was summoned. How Do?
I was in court Credit card debt is not mine I am being called. About 4 years ago, got a collection notice before 3000 will see a credit card debt. Then ask for the charges are resolved. I'm still a certified letter with return receipt, I said. They OK again, but did not write the other was a collection notice. Yesterday's court summons. 4 years have passed already.
